Urbanics continues to serve as Development Manager for the Westport Village development, comprised of 725,000 sf+ square feet of mixed-use development including hotel, retail, office, residential and public amenity spaces. The project received 3rd reading July 2019, the tallest and densest development in Port Moody’s history to do so.
Our engagement with Andrew Peller Limited begain with a Site Disposition Analysis which examined redevelopment an disposition options available for the former winery site. We conceived of the development program as a result of study findings, and have undertaken all development management functions and lead a consortium of specialized sub consultants since the client’s decision to pursue redevelopment.
