Nanaimo Sandstone Economic Impact Assessment

Urbanics was retained by Seacliff Keycorp to conduct a preliminary economic impact analysis for one of the most significant undeveloped parcels of land in Nanaimo, British Columbia. The study provided quantitative estimates for key impact metrics, including tax and fee revenue generation, construction employment, and permanent job creation at project build-out. Urbanics found the project would generate significant economic benefits for the city and region.
