Kahkewistahâw Landing – Hotel, Conference Centre, and Retail/Entertainment Market Study

Urbanics Consultants Ltd. was retained to undertake a market study to guide the development of a hotel, conference, retail and entertainment for the Kahkewistahâw First Nation in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The study determined the optimal size of the hotel and conference centre along with complementary retail square footage warranted based on the hotel and retail market demand in the region.
