Burnaby Valuation Analysis Kingsway Honda

Urbanics conducted a financial analysis on a prime development site on Kingsway in Burnaby assessing the impact of various city policies as it pertains to density bonusing, CAC and social housing provision. The outputs of our study were used to evaluate the residual land value of the site and total profit potential. Strategies regarding property disposition and partnership were also explored.
